REALS is a social justice organization registered in 1985, under Societies Act 1860. It covers nearly half a million population in 205 villages of Srikakulam district, Andhrapradesh.

REALS focuses on Tribal, Dalit and other Weaker Sections of the society mainly Children, Women, Marine Fisher Folk, small and marginal farmers.

Livelihood & Food Security, Women Empowerment, Children Rights, Education, Health, Lobbying and Advocacy, Community Disaster Preparedness are its main areas of intervention
