REALS’ activities are spread in the inaccessible pockets of  Eastern-Ghats. Reals mainly operates in Andhrapradesh and Odisha states. Covering nearly half a million population in 205 villages REALS functions in 7 Mandals/ Blocks of Srikakulam District in AP. In Odisha state, presently REALS is working in Kerandi Panchayat in Rayagada Block of Gajapathi Dist.
